Purpose
Our Chapter welcomes all children who are interested in scouting! We strive to be inclusive and respectful while creating a space for scouts to be themselves.
Our scouts are ages 7-14.
Navigators USA was started in 2003 to fill the need for a more inclusive scouting experience than what was being offered at the time. Navigators USA welcomes all genders and is secular and non-discriminating. https://www.navigatorsusa.org

This is our second year as a troop and we are excited!
We meet twice a month from September to May, with a Badge Party the first Sunday of June
First Sunday of every month: Scout meeting in Solana Beach, 11:30am-12:30pm.
Third Sunday of every month: Scout activity around San Diego County, 1-2 or 3pm.
We participate in “Family Scouting” where parents stay for the meetings and outings. This year, we will ask scouts to lead a meeting with family support. This builds community and gives scouts a chance to "take charge"! Check out the different badges we could earn!
We do request a $100 fee per family to help pay for activity insurance and materials.
Our uniform is a scout vest that costs $17.00 to $30.00 depending on size and shipping.
